The role of the Business Intelligence Specialist requires an analytical mindset, as he/she must be able to understand underlying problems the company might be facing through analyzing data and explaining complex findings and offer possible solutions. A sense of organization and strong written and verbal communication skills are a must since the candidate must be able to describe technical information to Manager and other executives. Great Microsoft Office skills are required and the candidate must be flexible enough to adapt to different projects and deadlines. This position requires a candidate who is familiar with database management through SQL, Oracle, and PLM systems.
